Room 323 disgusting dirty curtains, were moved to 136 room, disgusting dirty curtains there too ,your House keeping needs to be checked!

Not a 4 star hotel, overpriced.

I normally don't complain. This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are over priced for what you get. We have stayed at other 4 star hotels on this trip and it doesn't come close to the others. We stayed at another Accord hotel in Metz and a competitor in Strasbroug which had much nicer rooms for about the same price. There's one power outlet and no USB. We're supposed to get high speed Internet "breakfast and surf offer". My wife went down to ask about it and reception just blew her off. Loud music outside for October, asked to change rooms, said wasn't possible. Reception seemed overwhelmed, only 2 on staff. There better choices nearby. I hope Novotel at CDG is better, we'll be there in a couple of days

Positive: location, facilities including small swimming pool, sauna. Negative: no ironing facilities in room no Air condition in room We checked online so there were no delays. Majority of the staff were polite except the young man who confirmed the check in. He seemed unwelcoming and abrupt. Overall we would give 3.5 stars.

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel with my family. Check in was very well organized and super smooth, special thanks to Ms Priska for handling our reservation very well with no hassle , the true hospitality we haven't felt in a long time. Thank you

PROS: The hotel is at a very central location, near the train station and the city center and many of the places we wanted to go to are within walking distance. Parking is also available for a reasonable price and safely located. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is nice, has good choices and we loved the pancake machine. CONS: The rooms are dusty and felt old. The carpets and sofas were dated. The sauna did not work. The staff kept promising they switched it on, it was warm for a few minutes then it was off again. The indoor pool is small, heavily chlorinated and cold, it‘s also very shallow. It‘s ok for kids but not much for adults.
