Single duvet on double bed - not OK!!

Dear Nadine, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you liked the room, and we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations in all respects. Since your room was booked for single occupancy, it is customary for us to provide one duvet and one set of towels. Of course, we would have been happy to provide you with an additional blanket or more towels upon request. If you had informed us directly at the reception, we would have organized this for you immediately. Additionally, we would like to point out that on each floor, opposite the elevators, there are extra towels available for our guests to use at any time. We hope to welcome you back during your next stay and are always at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Best regards Captain Lars & Crew

Dear passenger, thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, you did not quite enjoy your stay at our hotel as planned. We apologize for this. We always strive to offer the best customer service and to give the guest an experience.
