Very nice location, friendly and fast check in. Upgrade given as All Accor Gold member. In room gifts some winegums and water (sub-par). Room itself fine. Spacious, good king bed, good sound isolation. A bit warm but window solved that. View was of parking at back of hotel but I did not care. Sleep is more important. Breakfast excellent, one of the best ever in the Netherlands this year. Fresh egg station, multiple cheese and meat selections as well as yoghurts and cereal, real fresh fruit and fruit juices. Also friendly service. The sole reason for the 4 stars is the ridiculous parking fee of eur 27.50. Even Q Park Heuvel (2 min walk, same as Pullmans P2) charges less at eur 24 per 24 hours.

Just had an excellent 3 night stay at this hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast and the staff are exceptional. Had a couple of problems ( nothing to do with the hotel) and the staff at reception were brilliant. Restaurant team and housekeeping were too. Hotel is very central. 2 mins walk to restaurants and bars. 5 mins to shops. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Getting a little old

Getting a little old. Feels like a college dorm room but bigger (with better heat). Room smelt of vape. Had to air my room for two hours. Otherwise amenities were great. Parking is efficient and on site. Check in was effort and the staff was very courteous. 5-10 min walk from the train station, supermarket and restaurants.

My husband & I stayed for 2 nights (24 - 26 October 2024) at the Pullman as our son was graduating university & exhibiting during Dutch Design Week. Our room 903 was perfect for us, clean, with a comfortable bed, fantastic shower & a splendid view of the cathedral. But especially, I've got to highly compliment the staff at the Pullman, especially the Greek lady Poppy who looked after us so kindly every morning for breakfast, she was cheerful & made us feel so welcome. The 3 of us also ate dinner there both nights & the service from the 2 girls on duty were second to none. On the second night we got a special sharing desert as a celebration for our son - so a Very Big Thank You to the chef on duty that night. It was delicious and a very thoughtful gesture. On previous visits we've stayed in other hotels in Eindhoven but we would 100% recommend The Pullman way above any other hotel in the city. It has everything - location, cleanliness, warmth & above all the welcoming personalities of the professional & friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, we will return soon. Pleasant enough stay but some improvements needed

On our first day we reported that the air conditioning did not work. Someone came to check this and agreed that the system was faulty. He left a portable heater and said that another colleague would return to look at the problem ... no one did return, even after reporting again to reception on the following evening. Having said that, we were able to heat the room to our satisfaction. My other comment concerns the spa area. Swimsuits are mandated but a more important rule should be enforced ... that is, users must be instructed sit or lie on a towel. If this is not obeyed then body sweat seeps into the wood in the sauna causing a smell that cannot be removed. We would return to the hotel in spite of what I have written ... its location is very convenient for travelling to and from the airport. The staff are all very pleasant. Our room number was 701, stayed 27-30th.
