Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt, fantastyczne śniadania oraz bardzo miła obsługa, jedyny mankament to fakt, że podczas sprzątania nie były Uzupełnianie chusteczki ani płyny do mycia. Hotel nie wygląda na 4*. Obsługa na recepcji często nieobecna, trzeba czekać (raz miałem nawet wrażenie, że przede mną uciekła). Restauracja - ceny wyższe niż w sąsiednich lokalach w centrum. Śniadania natomiast z dość dużym wyborem. Bardzo małe i ciasne, stare windy (jedna była trochę większa). Zarezerwowane pokoje "Privilege" poprzez aplikację były inne od tych, które nam przydzielono na miejscu. Miały być rzekomo (wg. twierdzeń Recepcji) z widokiem na miasto (pierwszy nasz pobyt w Wiedniu, więc wyraziliśmy zadowolenie) okazały się z widokiem na sąsiednie dachy (na pewno bez panoramy na Wiedeń). Pokoje nie za duże, na poddaszu. Stare meble, mało gniazdek elektrycznych. Łazienka dosyć ciemna. Kosmetyki inne niż w ofercie aplikacji. Łóżko akceptowalne. Wykładziny i ściany stare, brudne i podniszczone. Wybierając ten hotel liczyłem na wysoki standard. Wrażenia sporo gorsze od małego podmiejskiego hoteliku 3-gwiazdkowego ok. 40 minut od Wiednia. Ogólne wrażenia estetyczne zbliżone do naszej wcześniejszej wizyty w hotelu Ibis. Parking podziemny - fajnie, że jest, ale jak dla gości to cena znacznie zawyżona. Wjazd bardzo ciasny (Recepcja uprzedzała o tym). W okolicy brak rozsądnych alternatyw, więc byliśmy niejako zmuszeni do korzystania. Do zastanowienia, czy będę chciał w tym hotelu ponownie nocować - a jeśli tak to czy pokój "Privilege"będzie moim wyborem...

Świetna lokalizacja - West Bahnhof, skąd dostępne są tramwaje, 2 linie metra, Sbahn i pociągi dalekobieżne. Na dworcu mała galeria handlowa, obok IKEA. Hotel czysty, śniadania bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Pokoje i łazienki czekają już na remont, lecz są zawsze perfekcyjnie wysprzątane.

Hotel nie wygląda na 4*. Obsługa na recepcji nie uprzejma. Często nieobecna, trzeba czekać. Restauracja uboga, ceny jak w centrum, jakość bardzo słaba. Bardzo małe, stare windy, ciasne przy tak dużej liczbie piąter i pokoi, długo się na nią czeka. Pokój mały, ciemny, nieustawny. Stare meble, mało gniazdek elektrycznych. Łazienka ciemna, wanna niestabilna. Kosmetyki najtańsze, wywołujące alergię od zapachu. Łóżko ubogie , słaba pościel. Wykładziny i sciany stare. Telewizor mały i stary. Wybierając hotel blisko dworca, metra i patrząc na 4 gwiazdki liczyłem na wysoki standard. W Polsce nie miałby ten hotel nawet 3, a często jestem gościem Ibis oraz Mercure. Pochwale serwis sprzątający który wymieniał ręczniki, zabierał smieci i ścielił Łóżko. Przed wejściem do pokoju nie stuka w drzwi. Kilkukrotnie weszli do pokoju gdy byliśmy niekompletnie ubrani. Najpierw stukamy, potem wchodzimy! Niestety na pewno tu już nie wrócę, choć Wiedeń odwiedzę na pewno nie raz.

Hotel bezpodstawnie przywłaszczył moje pieniądze, stosując procedurę no-show.

Maria S. Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Drzwi do pokoju były zepsute, początkowo 4 kolejne karty nie działały, obsługa recepcji kodowała je ponownie. Dopiero za którymś razem karta podziałała, ale nadal nie udało się otworzyć drzwi. Pani z recepcji powiedziała, że trzeba je otworzyć siłą. Musiałam więc zapierać się za każdym razem, żeby je otworzyć. Poza tym na drzwiach wywiesiłam kartkę z prośbą o nie sprzątanie, i o nie wchodzenie do pokoju. Tymczasem obsługa weszła do pokoju pod moją nieobecność, nie sprzątając, tylko zostawiając dodatkową herbatę. Winda w skrzydle hotelu, w którym mieszkałam, jest bardzo mała i nie czasem nie przyjeżdżała mimo, że żaden gość z niej nie korzystał. Oprócz tego obsługa recepcja hotelu jest sympatyczna, hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, a w pokoju jest wszystko, czego potrzeba.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, personel był bardzo miły i uczynny. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to czajnika, nie powinien być traktowany jako wyposażenie premium. Już wolałabym żeby nie było telewizora (nawet go nie włączyłam) a był czajnik.

Hotel zużyty. Wymaga już remontu. 4* to zdecydowanie za dużo. Brak parkingu dla większego auta. Konieczność parkowania na publicznym parkingu 200m od hotelu.
