Hotel bezpodstawnie przywłaszczył moje pieniądze, stosując procedurę no-show.

Maria S. Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Drzwi do pokoju były zepsute, początkowo 4 kolejne karty nie działały, obsługa recepcji kodowała je ponownie. Dopiero za którymś razem karta podziałała, ale nadal nie udało się otworzyć drzwi. Pani z recepcji powiedziała, że trzeba je otworzyć siłą. Musiałam więc zapierać się za każdym razem, żeby je otworzyć. Poza tym na drzwiach wywiesiłam kartkę z prośbą o nie sprzątanie, i o nie wchodzenie do pokoju. Tymczasem obsługa weszła do pokoju pod moją nieobecność, nie sprzątając, tylko zostawiając dodatkową herbatę. Winda w skrzydle hotelu, w którym mieszkałam, jest bardzo mała i nie czasem nie przyjeżdżała mimo, że żaden gość z niej nie korzystał. Oprócz tego obsługa recepcja hotelu jest sympatyczna, hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, a w pokoju jest wszystko, czego potrzeba.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, personel był bardzo miły i uczynny. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to czajnika, nie powinien być traktowany jako wyposażenie premium. Już wolałabym żeby nie było telewizora (nawet go nie włączyłam) a był czajnik.
