Pobyt w hotelu oceniam jako zgodny ze standardem ibis. Pokoje są w porządku, szczególnie te położone na wyższych kondygnacjach z powodu widoku na miasto. Niestety minusem był brak możliwości indywidualnego sterowania klimatyzacją. W pokoju było gorąco, więc jedyną opcją było spanie przy uchylonym oknie. To z kolei oznaczało poranne pobudki przez hałas budzącego się miasta. Oferta śniadaniowa zdecydowanie na plus: jak na standard Ibis była bardzo urozmaicona, a wybór herbat naprawdę świetny. Niestety duży minus za ekspresy do kawy, w jeden dzień z trzech dostępnych działał tylko jeden, co przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu powodowało długie kolejki. Obsługa próbowała naprawiać pozostałe urządzenia, ale w praktyce oznaczało to nawet 10 - 15 minut czekania na kawę.
