Iamvhinoy, We regret that the service provided did not live up to your expectations, therefore, please accept our sincere apologies. We are characterized as super economical and because of that, we have some alternative services that are offered in order to have attractive rates. Our weekday breakfast is open from 6:30 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays from 7:00 to 11:00. I apologize if there was a lack of hygiene items in your bathroom, you could have called us and we would have taken it to Mr. Once again, we appreciate your comments and hope to regain your trust in the near future.
