Ibis budget Jardins give value for money, but check in is terrible slow and not acceptable

The staff at the reception are helpful and do their best but they must be working with a terrible booking system as it takes forever before you are registered and can have your room

All in all a very good experience at this hotel. Just as word of warning - Do not attend Reception at 12.00 noon as that is when the checkout deadline is and when checkin starts so it can be very busy. An early checkin was in fact very convenient and then allowed the remainder of the day to be free to explore more of the city. The rooms are very small, however very clean and quiet. The breakfast can be purchased for 32 reals and this is a fair price for what is on offer. Storage of bags can be done too for 10 reals. There is very good wifi throughout the hotel it is located very centrally only a minutes walk from the end of Avenida Paulista and very well served for transport links. You can also board / alight from the very well priced Airport Express bus at the other Ibis just around the corner at the end of Paulista.

I had to come and book last minute , the lobby people were super receptivein particular Richard , rooms are small but clean , they got me a view for Rua da consolação that was very nice after a long trip and last minute booking. The restaurant downstairs servers were really nice , in specially Natasha the server was extremely helpful , caring and kind. And I truly wish her best in her career within the hotel .

Easy and quick checkin. Room ready as planned. Received desired high floor room, queen size bed. Room clean and well maintained entire visit. Andre completed my two one night reservations with the missing night in the middle. It was a godsend to not have to change rooms nor find another hotel. I felt very welcome and the breakfast was great value.

Hotel building is located right beside the police station and the Paulinista metro station. Most of the staffs do not understand and speak english, so be ready with your translation app. They have a concierge and a trolley in the reception so you wont be having difficulties with your luggages. The Economy room with breakfast is small - With own toilet and shower (separated) and a double deck bed set-up. No slippers and bottled waters included but with basic toiletries like bar soaps, shampoo and bath gels (not refillable, but upon requests). The separate toilet has no bidet and sink. You have to use tissues for your special needs. 😅 We requested another linen in the reception and they gave us a complete set (pillow, towel, blanket and linen). Excellent! The breakfast buffet starts at 0630H to 1000H as instructed during checked-in but it ain't true. The buffet usually starts past 0700H. Keep in mind that they are using "tokens" for it. So keep it with you when coming to the restaurant. They keep luggages (any sizes) for just 6BRL per piece per day. Cheap compared to luggage storage services in the airport

Our weekday breakfast is open from 6:30 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays from 7:00 to 11:00.
