Dear Fatma, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and we are very sorry for the impression caused during your stay. Regarding language, it is important to clarify that approximately 90% of our reception staff is fluent in English, precisely to serve international guests. Nevertheless, we recognize that there may have been a specific situation that did not reflect this standard, and we will take your comment into account to reinforce our training. Regarding the condition of the rooms, soundproofing, and ventilation, we understand your observation. Our hotel underwent a complete renovation of the common areas between 2024 and 2025, and we are pleased to announce that, in early 2026, we will begin a general renovation of all rooms, including important structural improvements. Your comments are very valuable to us so that we can continuously improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future and provide a more positive experience.
