I visited this hotel again, having already spent a few nights there a few years ago. Because of my Accor status, I got a nice upgrade. The hotel is as good as it was a few years back. The room was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. It has the typical soft and comfy Sofitel beds. Staff are professional, very friendly and helpful. A special mention for the (breakfast) restaurant. Besides high quality food, the service is outstanding. It is not a cheap hotel but high quality.

We had an amazing time for my husband’s birthday in Sofitel Brussels Europe. Walking distance from the European Parliament, just in front of the hotel, there’s the best French fries we’ve tried in Brussels. Started with Mrs. Luana Dubois’ help by email before and after reservation, followed by Mrs. Laurence Umulisa, which we knew personally when we arrived to the hotel, and she is an amazing person! So helpful, polite and so sweet! Both of them (with the staff) took care carefully for the special treats before our arrival and we’ve got amazing surprises. Mr. Jimmy Kitoko, on the breakfast, so friendly and helpful! Mrs Umulisa and Mr. Kitoko, didn’t stop to help any time and sorted and help with everything we needed . Nice breakfast and omeletes by the way. All the staff from the reception, friendly and helpful with tips of the city, the masseuse, they are all nice staff. They did everything to make his birthday special and they got it! And was more than we expected! They also have a cute gym which I could keep up my workout while I was away. The only thing I’d change in the hotel is the shower head. Could be a bigger and stronger pressure one! 😊

Delayed check in, water was cut off the second day between 09.30 and 15.00 hours. We were not informed about this. Then we ordered a dinner from room service and it was delivered in the pan, without plates. We were informed that the two of us were supposed to eat out of the pan. Cleaning is very good. Not covered in this review is the Bistrot restaurant. It’s excellent, the food delicious and service attentive. We had a good lunch and a truly good dinner there. It deserves a better hotel.

Отель расположен очень далеко от туристических маршрутов. Ни где не было информации о том, что в отеле идёт ремонт. В номере прекрасная кровать и хорошее постельное бельё, забита раковина, вода не уходит. Служба рецепции в отеле выше всяких похвал, чётко, быстро, радушно, девочки великолепны. Консьерж сервис оставил неприятный осадок, два дня не могли найти нам переходник для фена и телефона. И совершенно хамским образом предложили нам искать его в магазинах, к сожалению мы не смогли этого сделать, в результате разряженный телефоны, отсутствие укладки, испорченное настроение.

An elegant hotel with a beautiful lobby and professional service. The room was large and bright with a super comfy bed and a sparkling bathroom with plenty of storage, good mirrors and lighting. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. The hotel is set on Place Jourdan with loads of eating and drinking options that spill onto outdoor terraces in the summer. We can recommend Ellis and Mamma Roma for burgers and Italian food. The hotel has a lovely cosy bar with fairly priced drinks. A good option if you don't want to stay in the tourist centre - it is a 30 to 40 minute walk to Grand Place.
