Everything is great except the pool. Housekeeping staff Nabigul was quite helpful whenever something was needed. The pool is small, there's no kids pool and the entire pool is of one height. Heard they're renovating it shortly. Also, it was closed for a day during our 5 day stay.

Excellent services from Sarina and Renuka and Nan in the restaurant of the novotel word trade centre in Dubai. They are able for excellent services and so friendly. We are often going to this hotel for business and also vacation. The staff of hotel and especially those ladies are so nice. Thanks to all We had a nice time .

I recently stayed at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai for the fourth time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I must give a special shoutout to Chef Vijay for his kindness and support. He made me the most delicious pancakes, and his warm hospitality truly made my day. What impressed me even more was the quick response and assistance from the entire team, especially during the recent storm. They were there to help without hesitation, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai for an exceptional stay experience.

Arrived on overnight flight and managed to check in early, which was great start to the stay. Breakfast was convenient and efficient, the staff were helpful and cheerful especially Nan who managed to get the perfect coffee to start the day.
