Great experience staying at Novotel. It is excellent location if you are attending conference at Dubai World Trade Center. They even provided late check out without any charges! They have good breakfast options. I would definitely be back for my next stay.

Superb location for gulf food excellent service good food....staff akshay and Aman was excellant. clean and spacious suite room with amazing view. Lobby coffee shop had great food options and breakfast was good.Blue bar in the lobby is nice place to chill .

The team at Cafe Creme is very helpful and professional especially Noumen who is very attentive and service oriented. He is a plus to the team and much appreciated Also Maria who has throughout the years been of extreme help and managed to handle the service with a graceful smile and kindness

got hungry on my first day lunch and wanting so much to eat a particular asian food and i have no idea where to eat. Nicole at the front desk came to my rescue and help me order thru Talabat. she used her own phone to do that and i am so grateful for that kindness.

I enjoyed my stay in dubai novotel because of friendly staff .they were all helpful and attended to our needs swiftly.the rooms are clean :towels are changed daily.fast service and staff always greet me with a smile.i will recommend this hotel to my colleagues
