Rooms ok. Breakfasts ok. But the receptionist behind her desk was the worst person I never seen at that position. So rude with all the clients coming to check in or to ask information. I will always remember her. Really chocked. Will never come back

The room was clean and actually pretty modern for a budget hotel. Only bad experience was the shower where the shower head was falling off during showering and there were not many places where you could put your clothes. Although the breakfast buffet was small the food was delicious.

Hotel usytuowany niedaleko końcowego przystanku linii tramwajowej nr 62, a tuż obok zlokalizowany jest przystanek autobusowy komunikacji miejskiej nr 272. Przy hotelu jest płatny parking (14 Euro za dobę), a nieco dalej małe osiedle mieszkaniowe z parkingiem publicznym. Hotel zgodny ze standardem Ibis Budget, z prostym ale obfitym śniadaniem w postaci bufetu (jak w każdym hotelu nie można wynosić jedzenia po za salę śniadaniową). Miła obsługa. Po zamknięciu okna (ładny widok na pole) pokój całkiem cichy. Niestety materac łóżka i kołdra wymagają wymiany lub prania, bo mimo czystej, świeżej pościeli brzydki zapach wyraźnie było z nich czuć. Również w kabinie prysznicowej nieładnie pachniało jakąś słodką chemią. WiFi działa całkiem dobrze.

Drogi gospodarzu, Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na napisanie tej recenzji. Jesteśmy zachwyceni, że docenił Pan naszą lokalizację oraz prosty, ale obfity bufet śniadaniowy. Również to, że nasza obsługa spotkała się z Pana aprobatą, jest dla nas bardzo ważne. Jednakże, jest nam bardzo przykro, że komfort łóżka nie spełnił Pana oczekiwań. Pragniemy przypomnieć, że nasze materace i kołdry są regularnie czyszczone i odświeżane, aby zapewnić naszym gościom przyjemny wypoczynek. Rozumiemy, że każdy gość ma indywidualne preferencje odnośnie twardości materaca, staramy się więc oferować różnorodność wyboru. Co do doznań zapachowych w kabinie prysznicowej, które okazały się dla Pana nieprzyjemne, pragniemy poinformować, że środki czystości, których używamy, są starannie dobierane z uwzględnieniem standardów ekologicznych i bezpieczeństwa naszych gości. OK option for budget conscious traveler

Good budget option very close to the airport. I arrived on a fairly late flight into Brussels and picked this hotel because of it's location and low price for a short one night stop before moving on early the next day. Typical Ibis Budget comfortable bed a/c was ok not great as it was extremely hot I believe in the mid 30's C the day I arrived. I took breakfast in the morning €10 for a small selection but it was adequate. A bus stop out side took me directly into the city centre in about 30 minutes.

Some good points but I booked 3 nights and moved after one, just too basic and right for me.

Liked- the peaceful location, walking distance to Eurocontrol and not far from Brussels Airport. Bed surprisingly comfortable and room clean. Microwave for guests. Disliked- very basic facilities even for a budget hotel. Woken up twice during the night by teenagers shouting in the corridor. Microwave area filthy. Decor awful (just unnecessary to make it look like some 1990s Wendy house) Breakfast not worth the €10 I booked 3 nights and moved after one, just too basic and right for me.
