Really helpful staff, Doris helped all guests in a hotel to eat something in a late hour's. This was best thing after many passengers flight was delayed or cancelled today. Hotel looks nice and clean. Easy to check in. Room is comfortable and nice.

It was a terrible experience in this hotel. I checked in late evening and disappointed to find there was only used water bottle in the room. I tried to call reception but the phone was not working. I had to walk down to the reception to get a new bottle. Further to add to my disappointment, the kettle was full of leftover and was smelling badly. It seemed the room service not even prepared the room even though I check in late.

We spent one night only at this hotel and it was very lovely. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. We also dine at the restaurant (very pricey and big plate). I wished it was less food and less costly.

I stayed @ Novotel Brussels airport for several hours after an overseas flight (DAY ROOM RATE). Parking was easy. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean Bed very comfortable Air Con was very good Best part of all for a day sleeper; the room was extremely sound proof. One feature I really liked, upon entry to the room, you enter into an small alcove, then there is a 2nd door into the actual room. i.e. with both doors closed, you have 2 doors in between the actual room and the hallway. So even though I was sleeping during the day, I did not hear any noise from house keeping. This is a very good choice for a Day Room and probably for a stop-over as well.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, a little noise from the aeroplanes but not enough to disturb us. We arrived as a large group who had called ahead to let them know we were a large group and to check if the restaurant would be available when we arrived, we were told it would be. We dropped our bags in room then went to get something to eat for the restaurant manager to turn us away telling us no we are full, and not letting people in to use the bar. The young man on reception was very helpful in trying to open the breakfast room for us but he wasn’t allowed to. Restaurant manager rude and arrogant rest of staff pleasant and helpful
