Hotel was awful with very noisy guests and beds not big enough for adults due to their hideous size Male receptionist at check in was useless and disinterested Female receptionist had no idea re buses to the airport yet this is sold as an airport hotel!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I asked them to call me a cab because I cannot speak Spanish which they did. It was a busy time for taxis and it took them several attempts to get through. They did this while still dealing with other guest. Despite that the remained professional and courteous. Thank you Matt Ireland

Bed Bugs

Avoid like the plague,As a local resident, we had two rooms at this hotel,and it was infested with bed bugs,we were given a change of room with no apology or explanation,to a twin room instead of the double we had been given,bed beds were crawling on my family,it's not just the problem,but no apology nothing.just talk to the manager in the morning ?????? Well located pet friendly hotel with Parking

We just stayed for one night on the way back to Andalucia. Easy to find from the motorway, there is free dedicated hotel parking out front and a secure underground carpark for an extra charge. Pets allowed for a small fee. Rooms are standard Ibis, small, clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was good & plentiful but the only evening offerings are from the Ibis kitchen range, so thats pizzas, toasties, sandwiches etc. There is a square next to the hotel with a few tapas bars in it as an alternative. The centre of Elche is about 5kms away but we didnt venture in so cant comment on that. The reception & bar staff were super friendly & efficient.

DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MADE HOMELESS FOR THE NIGHT

Booked this hotel a year in advance for one night. We had a 3 rooms/six people with children and a disabled person. For a month the hotel unable to take the payment. I told the hotel direct to say I would pay on arrival if they couldn’t take payment. They cancelled all rooms which we did not know until very late arrival at Alicante from Uk. When there we were then told the hotel was fully booked. I believe they were always over booked. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WAMT TO RISK BEING HOMELESS FOR THE NIGHT.
