Great customer service by Helen, check in and thereafter. Room is smallish, clean and functional. Ask for an even # room. View of harbor. Half a block from out walking tour meeting point and across street from the ( fantastic & free) Maritime Museum. 2 twin beds.

Reminded me of bad quality student accommodation Rooms are cold Bathroom not cleaned properly Seemed to be a lot of undesirable people staying in hotel(perhaps housing homeless people) Quality of food in restaurant is poor Dirty lifts with rubbish on floor On a positive the reception staff were friendly and helpful Wouldn’t ever revisit or recommend

It was located well though the surroundings were not clean. The staff were excellent with good people skills. Evening meal was very tasty. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so.
