Comfort en service is in overeenstemming met het basic-budget. Pluspunt tov. andere ibis-budget hotels die we kennen (bvb. La Vilette Parijs) is de volwaardige deur aan het toilet.

Vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie, geen vraag was teveel. Keurige kamers, prima voor een kort verblijf in Madrid. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alles was er in overvloed! De metro ligt om de hoek en 20 minuten later stap je midden in het centrum uit, perfect!

Klein, maar heel schoon en fijn dat de kamer elke dag wordt schoongemaakt. Metrostation om de hoek met een lijn die rechtstreeks naar het centrum gaat is ideaal.
