I am sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations, especially after having had good experiences with Accord - Ibis hotels in Europe. It is unfortunate that the location and amenities did not meet your needs. Your feedback on the "Greet" theme and the missing amenities, such as the hairdryer in the room (available at the reception), is very valuable. Dear 310jolantaj, I'm really sorry to hear that you felt unsafe during your stay and that the room layout was not to your liking. It’s understandable to be concerned about the safety of the location, and having a shower cabin and sink in the room can be quite unusual if you're not expecting it. The absence of basic furniture like a wardrobe and table can also make a stay uncomfortable. Your feedback is important, and I appreciate you sharing your experience.
