Ero già stata in questo albergo altre 2/3 volte da sola. Questa volta invece ero con mio marito e siamo d accordo nel confermare che la stanza e il bagno erano adeguati allo standard dell hotel. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. Stanza davvero silenziosa e tranquilla. Unico neo, abbiamo sempre e solo trovato 2 asciugamani grandi e basta. Una volta usati per la doccia se devi lavarti al lavandino ti asciughi in un asciugamano umido/bagnato e non è piacevole. Personale gentilissimo, specialmente la signorina Larissa alla reception (spero di ricordare bene il nome. Ricordo che è di origine brasiliana) Sicuramente tornerò/torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con riscaldamento guasto , e senza possibilità di cambiare camera perché l’hotel risultava al completo.

Hotel pulito e ottima colazione. Decisamente da migliorare l'organizzazione del mattino. Per due giorni abbiamo trovato una ragazza che voleva a tutti i costi accompagnare le persone a scegliere il tavolo della colazione, creando delle code lunghissime, non permettendo di scegliere il tavolo in modo autonomo, come ha fatto il suo collega nei giorni seguenti. Di tre macchinette del caffè, ne funzionavano sempre solo due e quando una delle due era da riempire, nell'unica rimasta si creavano lunghissime code. Per il resto tutto perfetto, camera con bellissima vista e personale in reception molto gentile.
