Rispetto alla mi a precedente esperienza ho trovato il servizio sotto le attese. Intendiamoci il personale ho risolto tempestivamente tutti i problemi che abbiamo incontrato durante il soggiorno. Problemi che, però erano facilmente evitabili con un minimo di attenzione alla prenotazione. In particolare : camera non idonea ad un soggiorno per 4 persone, asciugamani per 3 e non per 4, coperta aggiuntiva fornita e poi tolta la mattina successiva, servizio al bar non proprio accogliente.

Ottimo hotel situato attaccato alla fermata metro, in una zona tranquilla. Unica pecca le camere sono poco insonorizzate con l’ambiente esterno e la notte si sentono gli schiamazzi della gente. Giovanni e Caterina sono stati davvero fantastici!

La camera prenotata non era pulita, c'erano macchie nel divano. Avevo prenotato per due persone e il set di asciugamani era per una persona. Lo staff alla reception è stato impeccabile, gentilissimi e super professionali. La struttura in una posizione relativamente strategica ma è mancata di igiene, il minibar non c'era.

Additionally, spare towels are kept in the wardrobe for guest convenience; however, we acknowledge that we could have communicated this more clearly and will endeavour to do a better job of doing so in the future.
