it was the worst hotel we've ever been to, and we're not even talking about the rooms, but about the unpleasant staff at the reception. We were greeted by a dark-skinned man, he and his colleague laughed with us and spoke French while checking in. They were so unpleasant and unprofessional. Every day there were different people at the reception desk and perhaps the manager did a poor job of selecting employers and hiring anyone. Our mood was ruined and so was our desire to stay in this hotel. Our check-in was 09.11.2023

Been there with my husband for 2 nights and we loved it . Everything was amazing,the view,the design, the room. Was nice and clean. My husband particulary loved the quality of matress and pillows. 10 min walking for nearest shop or restaurant. Very nice and friendly staff. Thank you for a great holiday

We booked a cambrio room with private bathroom but we booked the accessible room due to our needs. The room itself was fantastic, a great size and the accessible bathroom was huge and they even provided a shower stool which was amazing. The downsides were that the pillows were super thin but hotel reception gave us extra pillows so they were fine once we stacked them. There wasn't any air-conditioning but had we read the website before booking we would have known that so that's on us. It was our first time staying in a hotel f1 and it was honestly great. It cost us around $600 Australian dollars for 4 nights so it was fantastic value for money.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT & RUDE STAFF, RECEIVED A DELIVERY WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN HANDED OVER, PRETENDING NOT TO HAVE RECEIVED IT & ACCUSING THE FRENCH LA POSTE, DESPITE CONFIRMATIONS THAT IT HAD BEEN WELL AND TRULY DELIVERED AND RECEIVED. ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL, YOU CAN BARLY MOVE INSIDE IT! DEFNITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Excellent location for metro and buses (2 metros within 10 min walk and bus interchange around the same). Close to bars, shops and restaurants and the sights are easily reached from here. Clean, compact, hostel style accommodation (we had a room with a bathroom though) with the option to get a basic continental breakfast for 6.50 euros each morning. Late checkout only cost 5 euros which was brilliant as flight was later in the day and Paris was very hot at the time of our visit. Downside was that the shower was on the small side so a little difficult for the larger traveller (like myself and husband)!
