Our hotel is located just 9.3 miles (15 km) from Madrid. The nearby A42 offers direct access to Toledo and the center of Madrid. It is the ideal hotel for working trips as it is located in the Cobo Calleja industrial complex, the largest European import h ub for Chinese products. Getafe, Leganés and Parla are also all easily accessible. It is also a good option for guests visiting for leisure, as it is just 15 minutes from the Warner Bros Theme Park.

The hotel is just 15 minutes from the Warner Bros Theme Park and 5 minutes from the Loranca shopping center. We are located next to the Cobo Calleja business center (a major European import hub)

Don't go if you don't smoke.

If you don't smoke, look for another option. The hotel smells like a cigar room. We stayed there for 4 days and on a lot of occasions we'd walk around the corridors and notice a person had just smoked there. The room ALWAYS smelled like there was someone smoking there, even when there was no such smell in the hallway, there was in the room. Me and my wife tried to find out why, if it was the central heating, smoke entering through doors, we don't know... we would not return, at all.

Dear customer, I am sorry for the misunderstanding, but we did not want to throw you out. I still don't understand how you could have thought this? We simply wanted to come in and clean the room and for this you are not allowed to be in the room. Once again we are sorry for the misunderstanding that we thought had been resolved. Best regards.

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and booking.com also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

Absolutely stinks of cigarettes and weed. Every door has a sigh saying that smoking in the room will result in a €50 fine. The hotel staff admitted to me that they dont care about people smoking in the rooms and they don't enforce the fines. This is probably okay of you smoke, but i find the smell disgusting. Even though we visited in November, the room got a bit too warm, I turned the aircon on to the "cool" setting and after about half a hour later I realised that the air con was blowing hot air out. Checked with staff to make sure I was using it correctly and was told it didnt work. Very basic rooms. to be fair I will also mention the positives - location is good if you habe a car, not far from the zoo, themepark and mall. Breakfast was okay and the mattress was quite comfortable. The pillow however, was awful. Overall,I definitely wouldn't stay in this hotel again and this experience has put me off booking Ibis in future.
