This a usual Ibis Hotel where I had the negative experience of bed bugs, the photos say it all. Room 133, 29 December 2024, 04.00 am. I reported the problem to the reception. The reception person accepted my request for another room to pass the rest of the night.

We had a really good and comfortable stay at the Ibis in Getafe, Madrid. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was robust, complete with yogurt, cereal, pastries, a variety of great coffees, and more. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. In the same vicinity, we had a grocery store to purchase water or other needs. The metro station was about a 10-minute walk which was very convenient when traveling to the city center. A really nice stay while away from home. Thank you, Ibis staff!

Stayed here twice in November and December. Good check-in, standard Ibis rooms, everything clean and in working order. Good overall housekeeping, nice breakfast with good selection and regularly topped up by efficient staff. Have stayed in Getafe a number of times, so know our way around, it's an easy walk into the centre where you will find a good selection of cafes, restaurants. Will happily stay at the ibis on our next visit

It is a nice and quite ( in a good way) hotel. The food is great especially the pizza. The breakfast choice is tasty and vary. We chose the family room and it is quite roomy. The bed is comfy. The housekeeping is very helpful and friendly as well as the staff downstairs. The restaurant Downstairs is nice with industrial interior design

We booked 2 weeks as my son are training with a local football club and this is a reasonable choice. The hotel is fine and the room is decent. However, no fridge, no water, no coffee maker; and that’s why sometimes we have to go to the lobby’s Grape Bar; for food and for football TV!! The price is reasonable and the food are fine. It is a nice place for grabbing a drink or snack watching UCL or La Liga game on a 65” tv.
