Personale gentile ma stanze sporche e cibo non eccezionale

Dear Gianfranco, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you mentioned regarding the cleanliness of your room. This is not the standard we strive for. We have already instructed the housekeeper responsible for the room you stayed in, reinforcing our cleaning procedures, especially regarding floor cleaning and careful checking of linens and towels. We apologize for any discomfort caused. Regarding the food, we often receive compliments about our breakfast and other options offered, so your comment is very important to us. If possible, could you provide us with more details about what you did not like? This will allow us to evaluate the situation more accurately and make any necessary adjustments. Hotel situato in zona strategica sull’Avenida Paulista. Nulla da dire sulla qualità dei servizi e ottimo ristorante con pizzeria all’interno. Come da aspettativa Per chi non usufruisce della colazione, sarebbe bello avere oltre al semplice caffè, anche un cappuccino al banco. Richiesta che ci é stata negata
