Our aim is to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we regret that the temperature in your room was not to your satisfaction. Our central air system is influenced by external temperatures, which proves a challenge to regulate during periods of fluctuations. Furthermore, we would like to address the absence of breakfast bowls during your morning meal. This is certainly not reflective of our standards and we will ensure that our breakfast service is meticulous going forward. Regarding the television and the lamp above your desk, we apologize for the oversight and understand how this can impact the enjoyment of your room's amenities. Dear Julia, Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, but we also don't seem to have had a booking for you?? It is concerning to hear that you found interactions with management to be less than satisfactory, we don't recognize this at all, since we are always very professional and handle along the behavior of the guests. Nonetheless, we are situated in an ideal location in the heart of The Hague, offering easy access to the city's vibrant shopping areas, cultural landmarks, and the beautiful Scheveningen beach. It's rewarding to know that our efforts to provide a welcoming atmosphere are appreciated. However, we regret that some aspects of your experience did not meet the standards you expected. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, we regret if this felt limiting during your longer stay and have noted your feedback. Additionally, our central air system is meant to ensure a comfortable climate and we regret if your room was warmer than you would have liked. Concerning the room amenities, we provide coffee and tea-making facilities in our Premium rooms and always encourage our guests to reach out to our 24-hour reception for any additional requirements they might have. Furthermore, we are continuously working on our sustainability practices to minimize our environmental impact. Your remarks are taken to heart as we strive to enhance our guest experience.
