Not worth for the cost. There is no gym, no lobby, no bar and no restaurant . Nothing except a good location, room and staff. There is much better options downtown.for the gym they tell you to go infront and pay 20$ Don’t book it you will be disappointed

This is not a terrible place. The room was nice and so was the service. The lobby is under renovation (who does a reno is the middle of tourist season). They added charges to my room for items I didn’t consume so that is a major annoyance. I wouldn’t recommend this place or ever stay there again.

Wait till construction is over.

Sofitel was suggested to me by a friend in Montreal. Hotel was supposed to be top notch. The staff is wonderful and the location is good. What is a but disappointing is that the hotel never disclosed it was under construction. No restaurant (breakfast only) No Bar No Health club No Pool Nothing!!! If I wanted to stay in a hotel like this I would have chosen a much less costly solution. The construction should be done in November.

The bed was comfortable and came with a good amount of comfortable pillows, and the hotel looked new although note that when we went (June 2024) the hotel was under construction so the lobby was not accessible. Loved the small details in the rooms such as bath robes, slippers, Metz tea, and Nespresso machine with pods. The only thing that could be improved is if they had a fridge.

10/10 Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel! Location right in Golden Mile. Staff is very helpful. Valet takes great respect of cars.
