Die Lage des Hotels war prima, etwa 250 m zur Metro oder ca. 1 km ins Zentrum oder in die Avenida Paulista (besonders sonntags besuchenswert!) Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und eifrig, fast alle sprachen englisch. Das Zimmer war recht groß, das Bad leider eher ziemlich klein. Das Bett war groß und gut. Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd aber keine Töpfe, zwei Kaffeetassen aber kein Kaffeeautomat oder Wasserkocher. für zwei Gäste gab es nur einen Sessel. Im Bad gab es wenig Ablage, lediglich Shampoo- und Seifenspender und leider keinen Schminkspiegel. Der Föhn funktionierte nicht, es wurde ein Handföhn gebracht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend, Eier aus Eipulver, Säfte aus Zuckerwasser, Wurst und Käse wie vom Discounter und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war gerade noch ok. Lediglich frisches Obst war gut. Abends wurde im Restaurant eine ordentliche Karte geboten, das Essen hatte gute Qualität. (dafür einen Stern mehr). Im obersten Stockwerk gab es einen kleinen Fitnessraum und einen Pool.

Um destaque: o atendente Marcelo foi muito bacana. Educado e prestativo. Quarto bom e a comida no café da manhã estavam ótimos. Fica próximo da Paulista (de certa forma) algo em torno de 10/15 minutos de caminhada. Mas o local é Tranquilo e tem mercado, pizzaria, farmácia tudo bem próximo, embora seja local residencial.

In a recent new stay, I reevaluate the hotel, keeping the same previous opinion of a good location considering the interest in the region to be visited in the city of Sao Paulo .In other respects, I took the unfortunate of precarious attendance, with rude staff, temporally to a disastrous checkin: misinformation, lack of sympathy, devaluation of the guest. The Mercure brand, linked to the Accor chain, translates into strict customer service in several hotels that I have had the opportunity to stay in, which makes me excited to select the hotels of the group, as well as strongly suggest to others who ask me for guidance hosting. This unit does not represent the group. There are other miscellaneous options in the region .

This hotel is terrible. I am staying here in business. I was first put in a room that had bugs all over including bed. Then I was moved to a dark and dingy room. My bathroom is leaking and tv not working. I tried to change rooms but was not possible. I don't reccomend this Hotel for personal or business. I'm very frustrated and wish I had the option to leave but timing doesn't make sense. Thanks Jana

Albergo moderno situato in un quartiere tranquillo di questa enorme città. Buona la colazione anche se con pochi prodotti locali. Disponibile sauna bagno turco e piscina coperta. Stanze confortevoli con scrivania dietro il letto.
