Abbiamo soggiornato nel Vostro meraviglioso hotel, che abbiamo apprezzato per bellezza e pulizia. Ció che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero memorabile è stata la straordinaria professionalità e umanità dello staff, in particolare della Signorina Pie (spero di ricordare correttamente il nome), addetta al front office. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo purtroppo avuto un imprevisto di natura salutare. In quella circostanza, la Signorina Pie si è dimostrata un riferimento fondamentale per noi: non si è limitata a svolgere il suo dovere, ma ci ha assistito con massima sollecitudine, competenza e una genuina premura, mostrandoci un interesse costante e rassicurante fino alla completa risoluzione della situazione. Per questo motivo, sento il dovere di complimentarmi in modo speciale con lei. Ci rivedremo presto!

Splendido ambiente in Si Lom Road, hotel pulito, colazione internazionale strabiliante, c'è tutto. Cena al 37° piano eccellente con vista mozzafiato sulla città. Servizio di pulizia eccellente. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le attrazioni della città, zona servita benissimo. Grazie a tutti.
