We genuinely appreciate your comments as they help us to improve our services. I am pleased to hear that you found our reception staff to be courteous and accommodating. However, I sincerely regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Your observations regarding the condition of the rooms and the hallway carpet have been duly noted, and we will ensure that these concerns are addressed with our maintenance team for further evaluation. Regarding the dining experience, I apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the restaurant's operating hours and the quality of food served. We strive to maintain high standards, particularly in our food and beverage offerings, and I am disappointed to learn that we fell short in this regard. By the way, please noted that our breakfast restaurant operates from 06:00 - 10:30hrs. Your feedback about the service language barrier has also been noted. I will surely look into the level of English communication skills of our staff with the team. Most of our staff can communicate fairly well in English; however, some trainees or casual staff may require more training. We value your insights, and I hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the experience we aim to deliver.
