Dear Huangxian J., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Upon arrival, we have taken an amount of $579.60. for deposit. When you check out, we charge $479.60. The balance of $100 will be released. It will usually take about 7 working days for the bank to release the amount but it will also depend on your issuing bank. 整体体验很不错，地理位置优越，有棕线地铁，临近如切街非常时候city walk，对面有食阁和parkaway paradise商场非常便捷。美中不足是早餐可选的较少，味道一般。
