我是上午11点办理，下午三点入住，前台的女士给了我六楼最里面的房间，那个房间头上有个水管吵了我一晚上，到半夜两点不得不换房，我就纳闷一点，我那么早办理check in，结果给了给我又偏又吵的房间。服了。

到达第一天入住办理很慢，前台领班解释房间还没准备好，但等待期间办入住的员工一句话不说，黑着脸然后我们等了十几分钟。再说房间设置真的老旧，洗澡的喷头是不能取下来或者移动的，电吹风是老旧的挂墙上的，床边只有一个充电插座，双床房只有一个人能在床边充电。还有空调噪音巨大，住在十楼，房间和走廊有潮湿的味道，总之挺一般，下次去不会再选择

我们午夜才到新加坡，前台小哥非常热情，入住丝滑，考虑的很周全。资料上表明会携带低幼儿童出行，酒店在我们未到之前帮我们加了一张儿童床，整个房间非常整洁，老牌酒店难免会有岁月的痕迹，但是不影响她依然非常舒适，床品很亲肤，我们一家三口都睡的非常好！点名表扬那天晚上值班的小哥，有求必应，我买了泡面果脯，但是没有筷子。他居然到处帮我找到一双筷子！很感谢他热情的服务，下次来新加坡还是会住Grand Mercure!
