Worst night sleep and then no Breakfast

The toilet and shower cubicle is extremely tight. people making noise in corridor (runnings, shouting and slamming doors) between 1am - 3.30am. advertised breakfast didn't happen with no one turning up to open the area for breakfast (it's advertised 7-9.30, I left at 8.20 without seeing anyone) there was also no one in reception as it was locked off with fence. Give this one a miss.

Keine Möglichkeit Kleider auszuräumen. Auch kein Platz. Dreckig überall Haare. Frühstück: wässriger Kaffee, tost und Marmelade. Es gibt Kellogs aber nur normale Milch. Ist es nicht wert.

Very poor accommodation overall. They don't seem to care about customer care. I asked the receptionist three times for an iron over the space of 4 hours and he couldn't give me an answer as to why he couldn't provide one even though it mentions that they provide ironing facilities. I also asked could I leave my suitcases in the storage area room for a few hours while I went to my office and the receptionist told me I would have to book for another night. Maybe train your staff into dealing with customer could be a good start. Avoid at all possible

Worst stay ever

I have travelled the world and yet on a trip from Sydney to Melbourne pulled in to this hotel for the night. It was the worst experience ever. Very dirty. Rude staff. Asked for a towel as there were 3 of us staying and advised one towel per room. Didn't sleep as worried due the seedy feel of other occupants. Do NOT stay here.

Not one to usually do a review but would feel negligent if I dint. Budget Ibis Dandenong was the worst accommodation I have had and that’s saying something as I travel for work a lot , it’s housed with homeless , junkies , prostitution, and a lots of noisy conflict all hrs of the day , whilst staying there for work I had a bloke screaming I’m dying for a hr at 6am in the morning , rooms are like a shoe box, seen bigger ensuite in a caravan , hygiene was appalling walls covered in snot and blood , bed sheets were stained like someone wee the bed and hadn’t been washed , multiple long black hairs through bed felt as though bed sheets hadn’t been changed for a long time floor was sticky , drug deals and druggies hanging out all day out the front of hotel , as we were walking to Ute there was a little drug bag empty on the ground out the front of hotel ,in my honest opinion I reckon Bali prison has better conditions than the room I was in , overall I think the building should be knocked down with a lot of the rats still in it , would be know loss too the Dandenong community
