The location of hotel is just a short walk to the centre, clean rooms and amazing staff at the reception.

Horrible noisy hotel, the room is dirty. The guests comprise of out of control kids and drunk Brit’s on stage parties. The rooms are super worn, there’s a fan that’s runs all day which is super noisy. The AC didn’t work. The cleaning never showed up one day. Don’t go here.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Only bath towels are provided not hand towels. There is a combined shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. The heat in the hotel was quite unbearable. From walking in the lobby to the hallway and the room. The AC isn’t on at this time of year so relied on having the window open to try and cool the room down. Our room was on the same side as the tram line so it was incredibly loud every time a tram went past. They stopped around 11pm and started again at 4.30am. So had a terrible sleep. Online it said checkout was 1pm but it was actually 12pm. Sockets aren’t in the best place in the room and not many of them. Location is decent, not too far a walk from the centre.

Great hotel let down by a few issues no plug sockets by bed no tea coffee facilities and no instructions on how to work the heating.breakfast very tasty good choice good coffee and friendly approachable staff great bed large and comfy okay for a long weekend any longer I would struggle
