Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. The chap on reception tried hard - and succeeded - to find me a room with a view of Victoria Harbour. Great breakfast. Rooms are small, but this is Hong Kong. The rooms however could do with a refresh - they are somewhat basic but clean and acceptable. The hotel itself is well located off the main tram route on Henessey Road and reasonable walking distance of both Wan Chai and Exhibition Stations. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my husband decided to stay in this hotel because of the location and the reviews. The hotel staff are nice and friendly, after she learn than we are the first time come to hong kong, she introduce the famous dishes which only “local” will know. really appreciate.

Room looked nothing like the photos. Dark and dingy room, we were told was an upgrade. I hate to think what our original room looked like. Not what I’ve come to expect from a Novotel. Property is very tired and in bad need of renovation. Most staff were surly and inattentive. Concierge when asked to assist merely fobbed us off to wait for his assistants. The only friendly staff were the housekeepers. Restaurant at breakfast was good food but staff aim seemed to be to move people out as quickly as possible. A disappointing experience from one of my favourite hotel brands.

Centrally located, taxi ride a short 10-15 min minute ride to most locations on the island. Short walk to mrt, tram stops. Service was exceptional. Staff are so efficient and pre-empt your needs. Rooms were clean, tad dated furniture but Tv was modern, WiFi strong and huge working desk. Mr Frankie housekeeping was and Mr Steven/Stephen at front desk were wonderful. Checking in and out was super fast despite not being a Accor member, impressive. Housekeeping did their work fast and thoroughly. Nice partial view of the harbor and city lights too. It’s not luxury but great value for its location and purposes. Note like all other HK hotels, bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Bedroom slippers were still provided.

The best customer service, beautiful lobby and lovely staff who offered us shower facilities to freshen up before our room was ready. Special thanks to Kate and Sanki at reception. We also enjoyed the lobby and and facilities. Check in process was very smooth and we would stay here again for sure!
