The hotel was nice, the food was good, overall a very adequate experience for business trip accommodations. The reason I would go back, though, is that the concierges are exceptional. I had numerous frivolous and frantic moments that the team, led by Paul Chan, handled with discretion, empathy and wit. As a frequenter (and former employee) of prestigious and private hospitality groups, Chan & Company made me feel sane—something sacred and in short supply when traveling abroad. My deepest gratitude and hats off to the Novotel Century.

Stayed at the hotel for many years . Very well situated Wanchai ferry to mainland / resturants / large malls . Concierge Supervisor Paul assisted in getting taxis and personally ensured they arrived which made travelling seamless . The whole team friendly .

Nice hotel, beds are comfy, breakfast buffet is also tasty with lots of variety, the decor is simple, friendly staff especially Anson who helped us with taxi booking and luggage storing. Close to center of the city with variety of restaurants nearby

Great location, quite near the metro, tram, ferri and the shopping g area. The Concierge Supervisor Paul Chan was not only extremely kind, but also helpful and attentive. We thank him greatly for his tips and advice to navigate in the surroundings.
