Due notti consecutive con allarme antincendio ed evacuazione (21/05 h04:10 e 22/05 h01:40) non sono un incentivo a tornare, a prescindere dalla causa. In generale, la struttura è accogliente, ottima l’offerta della colazione, e buon ristorante per la cena. La prossima volta cercherò un’altra soluzione.

Dear Giovanni S., Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your stay was disturbed by the fire alarms during the night. Unfortunately, on both occasions someone activated the manual fire alarm button in the public parking garage located underneath our hotel, even though there was no actual fire. For safety reasons, the parking garage alarm system is directly connected to our hotel’s fire alarm control center. In the event of a real fire in the garage, the hotel would also need to be evacuated immediately to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. Therefore, the alarm and evacuation procedures are triggered automatically and cannot simply be ignored. We completely understand how frustrating and disruptive this must have been, especially happening on two consecutive nights, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is very unfortunate that this affected your overall impression of your stay so significantly. At the same time, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast and our restaurant. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and hopefully convince you of the positive experience we normally strive to provide for all our guests. Le camere sono pulite, non è presente il kit igienico, il frigorifero non funzionava, segnalato più volte, non è stato risolto!

The staff was great!! Everyone extremely helpful! They upgraded us and the suite was lovely, lots of space! Only minus very expensive breakfast so we ate outside. Also cleaning was only done on the first day but not big deal for us
