The perks - beds are comfy, parking is free, it was clean and staff are friendly. The negatives - the rooms are cramped- not much space around beds and sloping ceilings. No air conditioning and when we opened the windows, wasps came in so it was super hot. The breakfast is expensive and there is no tea and coffee in the rooms. It is all a little dated and run down. Would not return and it was our first time in ibis and don’t think we will use them again.

Our team strives to provide a warm welcome to all of our guests, so it's wonderful to hear that you found our staff friendly. However, we are sorry to hear that there were aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. While we're glad to note that all our bathrooms are equipped with shower rooms and we offer toiletries for purchase, we understand your concerns regarding the room temperature and space. We are pleased to inform you that our hotel offers 80 rooms with air conditioning, and for the rooms without, extra fans are available upon request for added comfort. Moreover, we acknowledge your comments on the breakfast pricing, which is aligned with Ibis hotels in Belgium due to taxes and the extensive variety we provide. Additionally, our windows are designed to be fully opened for fresh air, and we regret any inconvenience with the natural elements outside. Nonetheless, we take pride in the prime location of our hotel, ideally situated in the city center of Waterloo, close to the business district and major attractions. We hope that this, along with our 24-hour reception and snack service, added some convenience to your stay. The entire team really hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion. Great stay. Did the job. Room was small but perfect. Bed was comfortable, and quiet. The shower was amazing. They have a restaurant for breakfast, I didn’t want breakfast so they gave me free coffee. No restaurant for dinner but it’s on a main road so there’s many options round the corner.

Located right in the centre of Waterloo this is one of the best Ibis Hotels I have stayed in. Clean spacious rooms, good wifi, 24/7 bar with draft Leffe - quite hard to beat really! Staff were very friendly and efficient. Easy ample parking right next to the Hotel.

Very nice place, not too expensive and worth the money. The Staff was very nice and the room was great, very comfortable and decent overall size. It's near pretty much everything in town. I don't see much to complain about. So to me it's a perfect score !

First night in Belgium and books in here for 2 nights. Great room and as usual bed was comfy, shower was great but tap on sink pathetic,but all in all very good. Only one slight thing, no fridge, would have been nice. Another thing I found while away if checkout is 11 why are house keeping knocking on the door at 9.30. Don’t like this.
