Hotel is not so new but the staff is very good and helpful. Front desk help every time you have a problem and also solve the problem. The restaurant staff is very nice and professional. Is an airport hotel but you can have a good relax. The room is not new but are confortable and very clean.

Poor Management

We arrived at Malpensa Airport T1 at 0110. The hotel staff told us to wait at the Exit 10 for a Shuttle Taxi. The driver asked for €35 because he said we are more than 4 individuals otherwise €25. But we were told by the hotel staff the night charges for shuttle service are €25 per room. We Checked in at the hotel around at 0200 AM. The Aircon was not working when we contacted the reception, we were told that no engineer are onsite to fix right now. And we thought we will get a decent room with no issues. The hotel location is not good because it is too far from the Airport & the hotel doesn’t provide a free shuttle service. We went to the Hotel’s Restaurant in the morning for our breakfast. The food options were okay but not good. We woke up late and we have just an hour to eat. We checked out at 1200, and took Uber Taxi back to the Airport to buy train tickets at train station.

inconvenient, inconsiderate, there are plenty of other options available for you in the area and at price range. dont waste your time here. they are also very hard to get a hold of. we wish we booked with another hotel and wont make the same mistake again.

Terrible place to stay in Milan

The male front desk staffs are very rude, inconsiderate and refused to render assistance to the guests needs and issues. Please be very careful of this place. This is where I lost my passport in the lobby. The place is not safe. The worst place I have ever been. Will not recommend this place to anybody.

Traveling from US. Our Italian isn't the best, this place took full advantage. They double charged me for meals saying the machine didnt work and then double charged us for the room saying that the first time was "just to hold it." These people are scam artists and the rooms are nothing worth mentioning.

Firstly, regarding the vending machines: they are managed by an external company. An €8 deposit is taken initially, but this amount is refunded based on the items purchased. For example, if you buy a €2 soda, the remaining €5 is promptly returned to your credit card within minutes. Secondly, for the room charge, only a pre-authorization was made. Pre-authorization is a standard practice in hotels worldwide, used to verify the validity of credit cards provided during booking. This process is merely a temporary hold, not an actual charge, and doesn’t impact your bank balance since it isn’t posted. The hold is released by your bank or card provider. At check-in, you can choose to complete payment with the same card or use another method. If you use a different payment method, we promptly cancel the pre-authorization.
