Clean and tidy hotel, under 15min to walk to get to the main street of old town. Staff are very great, excellent service! Outdoor area is good. Not the biggest menu, but the food they serve is good quality, they have hamburger, salmon, club sandwich etc. If you wonder about something regarding the city, just ask the staff.

Good and bad. Nice staff. I liked the filtered water on each floor. Nice view on park side. One block to restaurant with Polish food (Swojski Smak), shopping mall, groceries, etc. 15 minutes walk to train station, old town, WW II museum, Solidarity museum (different directions). Mechanical problems in rooms--a/c not working; refrigerator not working. Design--tub/shower--plexiglass wall not long enough or tight enough so shower water splashes out of tub and under the glass, flooding the floor. Showerhead too low for anyone 5'10"+. Extra toilet paper stored below hand soap dispenser. No towel rods, only hooks. Glass between bath and bedroom lets light into room. Corner chairs seating about 12" high. Foam bed mattress seemed to have dip.

Very nice and clean rooms, friendly staff at the reception. Brakfast very generous and suitable for every taste and diet. Hotel is in the centre of the city, still very quiet at night. Must specialy praise one waiter at the bar ( Lewndowski lookalike ) who always had very professional approach and great sense of humour, made end of day more relaxed, cheers.

Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the central station and is in easy walking distance of the main attractions in the old town (10-15 min walk). Really enjoyed our stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included in our room rate. We wanted a lighter breakfast and were pleased to find plenty of options for breakfast in cafes around the local area. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Gdansk.
