Konum iyi, bazı eşyalar çok eski. Odadaki kettle kireçle kaplıydı, perdeler çok kirliydi, duvara yapışmış bir şeyler vardı, ıslak mendille sildim. Kahvaltının sonuna doğru çalışanlar “bir an önce bitirinve gidin” der gibi yan yana dizilip gözlerini dikiyorlar. 5 kişi tam karşınızda, size baka baka konuşuyor. Sonra bir garson gelip kahvaltısı bitmemiş oğlumun tabağını önünden aldı ve masayı toplamaya başladı. Oturan tüm masaları bu şekilde kaldırdılar. Diğer kahvaltı edenler de rahatsız oldu. Yakıştıramadım ve üzüldüm.

Perfect localization just next to the Old Town; less than 5 minutes walking distance from Green Gate, Opera House and Soldek. Hotel is old but well-kept; only the lobby was renovated. Rooms look like in other Novotels. Very professional and friendly staff at front desk.

We stayed at the Novotel for 5 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. We were greeted warmly when we arrived by a very pleasant receptionist, but all staff were helpful during our stay. The hotel is ideally situated -5 min walk into the old town and handy for restaurants/cafes/supermarket nearby. The hotel was spotless, our room was large, as were the comfy beds. We had requested a 'quiet' room and they honoured our request. It made such a difference having a fridge in the room and the carafe for the water machine was such a good idea. The water machine was just outside our door too. It was also a boon having a safe in our room-meant we could safely leave our valuables, without carrying them with us. Lovely toiletries provided too. Didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. All in all, the hotel has everything guests need and I would thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and it didn't disappoint! Great location with easy access to the Old Town and 'the island'... if you exit reception via the gardens it's even easier to go over the bridge into the hub of the action. Only a few gripes preventing this from being a five-star review: the allocation of plug sockets is random, with only one of the twin beds having one next to it. The other was on the floor between the toilet and bathroom doors which wasn't ideal. Also it would have made sense to have a mirror above the dressing table. All in all, a comfortable stay. The carafe in the room which could be topped up with drinking water was a nice touch.

For this reason, I would rate the Novotel Centrum Gdansk just below the full five stars. However, this should not detract from the fact that it offers a highly enjoyable and convenient stay in Gdansk. Pros: * Excellent location, close to attractions, restaurants, and bars. * Clean and tidy rooms. * Fantastic breakfast spread catering to all dietary needs. * Friendly and helpful staff. * Lively and vibrant atmosphere. Cons: * While generally excellent, there's always room for improvement. Overall: I would highly recommend the Novotel Centrum Gdansk to anyone visiting Gdansk, particularly couples, families, and those looking for a central location from which to explore the city. Its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff make it an excellent choice for a memorable stay.
