Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Schwimmbad und die Zimmer sehr schön. Leider ist das Personal nicht aufmerksam und teilweise regelrecht unfreundlich. Statuskunden werden auch nicht gemäß policy begrüßt.

Es war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Personal war okay. Housekeeping war sehr gut (zuverlässig und sehr sauber). Preis Leistung war in Ordnung (veraltete Zimmer, aber dafür auch preislich attraktiv), Spa Bereich sehr gut. ärgerlich war In-Room-Dining: sehr wenige, nicht gut zubereitete Pommes Frittes, keine Mayo, sondern zweimal Ketchup, keine Teller, kein Dressing zum Salat mitgeliefert; Applikation zum bestellen funktionierte nicht, sodass zweimal Anruf für Bestellung erforderlich war).

Aufgrund der neuen Software, sehen Ihre Mitarbeiter meine Buchungshistorie nicht mehr. Das ist schade, weil somit habe ich einen Repräsentationsverlust. Bei der Umstellung auf die neue Software hätten diese Daten mit migriert werden müssen. Die Upgrades waren früher besser.
