Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war für vier Personen etwas klein. Bett und Ausziehbare Couch. Aber passte schon wir waren viel unterwegs. Frühstück war super. Frische Waffeln und frisch gepresste Säfte. Tiefgarage am Hotel und freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit Aufenthalt. Positiv: Gute ÖPNV-Verbindungen/sauberes Zimmer/Personal spricht gut Englisch. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: a) TV-Empfang: Wichtig wären deutsche Sender wie ARD u. ZDF sowie weitere internationale Sender in Englisch, Französisch etc. Dies ist heutzutage bei ACCOR-Hotels üblich. b) Frühstück insgesamt schöne, breite Auswahl. Allerdings vermisste ich Haferflocken/Müsli. Sie haben mehrere (ungesunde) amerikanische. Cerealien im Angebot. Dabei sind Haferflocken gesünder u. vermutlich auch preiswerter! Doch sind dies nur Anregungen. Wenn ich nach einer Hotelempfehlung in Stettin gefragt werde, werde ich auf jeden Fall Ihr Hotel nennen. Vielen Dank.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert, ebenso der Kühlschrank und das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht, sodass man die Rezeption nicht kontaktieren konnte. Person sehr freundlich und bemüht - jedoch kann das Personal bei den technisch notwendigen Wartungsarbeiten nichts machen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Wie geschrieben war das Personal und der Manager sehr bemüht und wir fanden eine super Lösung und konnten auch einen Tag früher abreisen. Personal Top, Technischer Zustand Flopp.

Alles gut, außer das die Fenster zum Lüften nicht zu öffnen sind. Die „Klimaanlage“ ist sehr laut gewesen. Der Lüftungsabzug im Bad war viel zu schwach, daher wohl auch die Schimmelansätze an der Wand. Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut, das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, sogar frisches Obst. Im Vergleich zu vielen positiven Aufenthalten im Novotel City Hotel in Wroclaw fällt dieses Novotel leider stark ab. Die Kleidung des Personals am Empfang passt eher zu einer Pension ohne irgendwelche Kategorie..... Das Hotel macht einen verwohnten Gesamteindruck, die Elektronik schwankte, die Telkom zur Garage funktionierte nicht, mal fuhr ein Aufzug, mal nicht. das Bild pixelte beim einigen Programmen im Satellitenfernsehen. Die Küche brauchte beim Abendessen eine Stunde, um ein Schnitzel vorzubereiten...(vier Gäste im Saal...)
