The location and breakfast are good but i can not say the same thing for rooms. There is a car park under the building. And it has a huge air condition system out of the room. We can see our window even its 6th floor. Especially, we could not sleep on Friday night because of too much noisy. It should be solved the problem.

ロケーション的には目玉観光地に至近でとても良かったです。Agentも親切でした。 反面部屋内に金庫が無く貴重品はフロント預けになってしまいます。それと部屋内に冷蔵庫が無いので暑い外出から帰った時に冷たい飲み物を飲んだりは出来ませんでした。更に2人部屋にも拘らず部屋の枕とタオルが1人分しか用意してありませんでした。改善願いたいです！

We spent 2 days in Poreto and this was a great location to walk to all the sites from even though it is always a hike up or down a hill to get around in the City. It is also a 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station and 3 blocks from the Metro station to/from the airport. The hotel is a typical Ibis and was a great value when compared to other hotels.

Central location, spacious and clean room. We inquired about a local restaurant, Tavernva, the clerk did not know how to answer. We found out that we had been looking for an hour and a half for a local restaurant, and two were right in front of the hotel

Very nice, basic hotel located in the Ribeira district of old Porto. If exploring this historical area is important, this location is an excellent starting point. Rooms as with Ibis, are on the small side but work very well and are well laid out and very efficient. Beds are quite comfortable. We opted for the buffet breakfast option which is very reasonably priced with good selection to start your day. As well, the breakfast is available until noon, which I had never seen before. The front desk staff are excellent and are committed to customer service. We had a glitch with our airline check in and the lady on the desk went way beyond what I would have expected as she helped us work it out. My only criticism is with the heating/air conditioning system. During our visit, it was pleasantly warm but humid, making our room quite warm. It seems that their temperature control system works seasonally with heat in the winter and A/C in the summer, but not both. This was explained to me with the only option being to shut off the fan and open the window, as the A/C had not yet been activated.

Perfect location and very helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and in a superb location. nPorto is very hilly so be prepared for lots of climbing however the Hotel was close to public transport and central facilities.

The hotel is very well positioned , withn a walking distance from the metro and from the town center. The rooms are quite small but fine . Very clean . The staff is kind and helpful and the reception os open 24/24 which was good for us checking out early morning. Breakfast is very rich and various. I would definitely reccommend this hotel which is good value for money.

Very good 3 night stay. Although about 10 minute walk from main train station and nearby tourist centre, the hotel location is great; lots of good local restaurants and supermarket just next door. Comfortable quiet room. Friendly efficient reception. Restaurant/breakfast area very appealing as was the breakfast itself.

Best point to stay in Porto, very close the downtown and all historical attractions. The access building isn’t cool , but inside the property everything ok. The staff was very professional and the room is very quiet.

The staff were a little stressed between them and it was not nice. The in the breakfast the are a very nice options, but the refil of the options were slow I needed to ask to replacement of the coffe machine and jams.

Good stay here at the hotel, the bed was comfortable & everything worked in the room. The staff were very friendly, parking beside the hotel was a bonus for a reduced rate. Plenty of restaurants closeby & well worth investigating. Porto is quite hilly as well

I left that hotel on Sep 5th 2018, by 6:00 AM, because of a early flight to London. At hotel, everything was fine. But they suggest you to park at an outsourced parking lot, next to hotel. Do not do that! My wife tried to pay parking fee, but the employee did not give her change! I tried to talk to him, but he was DISHONEST and continued to pretend. So we payed at machine, and warned the woman in charge of Ibis. She called him, but the discount we should have at parking lot was not given. Machine did not apply it, only with that employee! We don't admit this kind of thief, so we prefer to pay more - only to not be robbed.

Very close to city attractions, very frinedly service. Standard breakfasts for Ibis, continental, not great variety, but enough to energise yourself before jumping into the city. Clean rooms, good wifi.

Great hotel rooms nice clean staff very helpful located near city Centre.lots great restaurants near hotel also a supermarket under the hotel.ibis always hav great location and free wifi which is important when you hav teenagers with you

Ibis Porto is in a good location for exploring the city. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The room we were given 401 was very noisy, it would appear all the plumbing pipes were above our room, disturbed sleep each night due to this. We would have appreciated being warned of this problem. When we arrived there was a terrible smell coming from the shower drain, however this was quickly dealt with by the staff.
