Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your recent stay. As a Gold member and a valued guest with more than 40 stays per year, you rightfully expected a higher level of service, and it is clear that we did not meet those expectations. I apologize for the complications you faced during check-in and check-out, as well as the absence of an elevator, which should have made your arrival and departure more comfortable. Your comments regarding the reception setup and the lack of welcome amenities, such as the water bottle and welcome drink, are noted and will certainly be addressed with our team to ensure we provide maintain standard service for all our guest. I am also disappointed to learn that your room was not cleaned during your stay and that you did not receive the tea in your room. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and I will address your feedback with our housekeeping team for immediate improvement. Regarding your experience with the breakfast and dry cleaning services, we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we work to enhance our offerings. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for falling short during your stay.
