We regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the terrace and pool, we would like to clarify that they are open seasonally from May to September, and this information is clearly stated on our official website and all our reservation channels. We understand that this may have been disappointing, and we apologize for any misunderstanding. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room lighting and amenities, as guest feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.
