I had the pleasure of staying recently for work. Unfortunately i had some problems of my own fault due to passport / room booking. Coral, the young lady on the front desk was amazingly helpful, making phonecalls & going out of her way to resolve the issue. I cant speak highly enough. Thanks Coral !

The stafe was to terrible and the hotel is so bad its like a bad motel and the girl in the reception is so bad i realy don’t recommend this hotel its like a disaster and it so far from the city and the shops i am realy so upset and i went to another hotel its name is illunion it was so good and when i vist barcelona again i will went there.

I chose it due to convenient location. It is a standard Ibis hotel, with rooms on the smallish size (no fridge, no coffee/tea machine or kettle, no safe box) but decent and clean. The bed was comfortable. Adjacent bathroom was clean, with just basic toiletries as expectable in 2-star hotels. The breakfast was very good, with local dishes too. The staff was professional and helpful.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Located 25 minutes drive from Barcelona city centre. 2 super markets and several restaurants with in 200 meters. Breakfast was good. Tidy hotel, well maintained rooms. Street parking is free or you can pay 8 hours for 24 hours in basement parking.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel, as I went to spend the weekend to watch the Formula 1 prize, and we arrived on Friday night, on Saturday morning we went to the breakfast area, and I had my personal bag , when I finished having breakfast I realized that my purse had been stolen, with documents (passport and ID of mine and my husband), credit cards, sunglasses, F1 tickets, my phone, all my belongings, questioning the hotel employees, to check the cameras, was informed that we could not see, the police also did not help, they only made the incident report, and both the hotel and the police did not help us, so be careful if you stay in this hotel there is no no security and especially if they verify that they are tourists.
