People are ok but the room are not so good in term of cleanness and finition, air conditionning was not working. The quality of the equipment are quite old compared to other Novotel hotels in France or other countries

Great welcome and service and overall satisfied Practical location Taxi could find it easily and were quick to be there in the morning even as busy hour I just stayed one night On the downside, most TV channels had reception issues so you have to be patient to find the ones working

Подойдет для транзитных путешественников на авто, т.к. рядом магистраль, в отеле есть паркинг (платный). Неподалеку Меркадона. Но далековато от центра.

Poor and cold breakfast. Waiters cleaning tables make a mess, make a lot of clunking noises as they clean with guests still eating. Call themselves a business hotel but dont have international adapters. Food for room service is terrible. Ordered chicken and chips. They actually gave potato wafers! Happy to have my points expire than go to any other accor hotel.

Positives Good location. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff. Rooms a bit outdated but very clean. Only negative thing is (could happen anywhere) we got stuck in the lift and had to wait with 3 children for about 35 mins til the technician came to get us out but the staff were really sympathetic and can’t fault them at all.

The staff were extremely unfriendly, breakfast is very bad and not good organized, location is not great, rooms are not well isolated and bath outdated and in some parts broken. All in all bad experience!!

The hotel does not live up to the expectation one usually have with the Novotel hotels. It is not very clean, rooms are small, and amenities are limited. Besides, location is also not great. It is way outside Barcelona.

travelling alone I decided to have all the dinners in the hotel; despite the selection is not so wide, the overall quality is good and the waiters are nice and kind. Not exactly the same at the reception desk where the staff was not so friendly. I did the online booking but once arrived I have to register again

All good during my stay at the hotel except when I asked to book a cab to the airport the reception team said oh its Sunday and we may have a problem!!! Apparently another group had been waiting 20 minutes with no confirmation of a cab? if this is a normal situation then the hotel must make guests aware of it and also have some sort of plan in place to ensure people can leave the hotel efficiently.

We spent time here in June. It was very hot but the hotel room was a reasonable temperature. The room was clean and adequate for our needs, with any extras needed given without fuss. We had friend collect us both days, so did not use the close public transport. Most of the staff were pleasant, though not many smiles were given. Josep was extra attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A good pace to stay.

Cleanlyness in the hotel is an importent thing when I'm travelling with my family. This hotel has tu work hard on this point. The facility is not the newest and many elements of the interior are run down. Please renovate.

The hotel is not too expensive nor too sophisticated but provides you with a good experience at an affordable price. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. To reach the main Barcelona attractions there are public transportation at an walking distance. The food at the restaurant is ok.

NIce hotel and in a very clean and nice area. Near Tram line T3 which will take you to Metro line to town. The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. There is a swimming pool which was closed as bad weather. The welcome drink was provided and was nice. Will go back. The only thing is that it was a little outdated but nothing major. Novotel spends more money on the lobby then rooms. Its a busy hotel so more wear and tear is expected. Gym was nice.

A great hotel with quite big and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staff was really kind and friendly!! Quite easy access to the centre of the city, using the tram and the metro. We really enjoyed our staying there!!

The hotel location is little bit far from centre, but communication is ok. Quiet surroundings. Shuttle bus stop from airport ab. 200 metres from the hotel. Clean, good food. Everything ok. Very helpful staff.

A 'simple' hotel but in an excellent position for easy 10 minutes to airport, right next to motorway out of the city (not noisy) or INTO Barcelona, whichever you want :-) Very friendly and helpful staff, food is goo and breakfast very good.

Clean hotel. Nice swimming pool, It is small but it’s fine. The hotel is far but by tram or bus in 25 min you are in the center.Easy check in and out.We didn’t use the breakfast, so I don’t know but it’s little bit expensive (around 15€)
