We are so sad to hear that you had an issue with the address of the hotel. Our address is 340 Provença street and there isn\'t mistakes, if you tap this address. You should check with the Uber because, some drivers go to the wrong hotel, because there is another Ibis Hotel 5 minutes from our and another Ibis Styles at the city. We will not hesitate to congratulate them for being so welcoming and nice. We are so sorry to hear that a part of the staff wasn’t as friendly as Jose and the ladies of the breakfast. Probably, there was a misunderstood because the whole staff uses to be friendly, nice, polite and welcoming. You just need to read the overall experience of other guests.
