Dear Mr C., I am very pleased that you took the time to review your visit with us at Novotel München City. Thank you for your positive review, the praise for the room, the breakfast and the wellness area, and also for your critique regarding the room temperature. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you had to deal with. Let me explain that our eco-friendly air conditioning system only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. When the outside temperature exceeds 32 degrees, the system unfortunately reaches its limits, meaning that it is not possible to maintain a temperature below approx. 22 degrees. This reflects the current state of our technical capabilities, and we ask for your understanding. We will, of course, provide our guests with an additional fan. We really appreciate your good marks in other aspects and are more than happy to pass them along to the respective staff members. Our employees take pride in your satisfaction and it keeps them motivated in their daily efforts to provide exceptional services.
