I am glad to hear that you liked our renovated room and its new equipment, and especially that you felt properly recognized as an ALL member during your stay. At the same time, I am sorry that the street noise affected your comfort. I completely understand that traffic and frequent sirens can be disturbing, especially during the night. Thank you for mentioning the sound insulation as well – we appreciate your feedback. I would also like to clarify your comment regarding our location. Accor hotels are often named after the nearest well-known landmark or area to help guests identify their location within the city. In our case, Wenceslas Square is the closest major landmark, although we understand that the name may give the impression that the hotel is located directly on the square.
