Dear Patricia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am pleased to read that you appreciated the friendliness of our team and enjoyed the breakfast during your stay. At the same time, I sincerely regret that you did not feel the overall experience represented good value for money. During long weekends and periods of high demand in Prague, room rates may be significantly higher due to seasonal occupancy levels. However, I fully understand that guest expectations naturally increase accordingly. Please also accept my apologies regarding the towels and the inconvenience of having to repeatedly request them.
