Dear joysoftravels thank you very much for your recent visit and for your honest feedback regarding your experience. We truly appreciate, that you have taken the time to share this with us. It is very important to us to keep our rooms in good condition. Every year we invest a considerable amount in furniture which needs to be replaced, and our house technicians are always on the road to carry out the necessary work to preserve the value of the rooms. We regret that we could not convince you with our room and would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We do hope we have not permanently tarnished your impression of the 25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse and that we will be able to welcome you again in the future.
