Stayed for 3 nights and found that the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and quite spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good with hot and cold good available and plenty of yes and coffee. There is a train station about 1.2 miles away with free parking to get into Lincoln City centre which avoids expensive parking costs. Also there is a pub/ restaurant across the car park for further dining.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and decent shower. Had everything I needed, lighting was good and bed very comfortable. Plenty of desk space and sockets. This is a budget hotel but not in a depressing Travelodge kind of way. I'd much prefer this to Premier Inn, which tends to be slightly dearer. Had a perfectly comfortable stay and would be happier to spend more than one night there. Important to note that the reception staff are excellent representatives. Very friendly, professional and kind. Didn't have breakfast but colleagues said it was very good. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels that have been of a much lower standard. Good value for money but I'd stay here based on experience rather than price alone.

Very clean room. Service excellent, syaff helped worh my diasbled wife and her needs, breakfast very good value for money. Rooms fairly basic but, as we were out and about all weekend, that's all we needed. Recommended and will stay again when visiting Lincoln.

A budget priced place to stay. Beds are quite hard and pillows too soft but it’s a perfectly reasonable place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast here is expensive but Windmill Farm just a short walk across car park.

Very rude and unhelpful management

We stayed at this hole for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary after booking over the telephone and asking about our dog and other things like breakfast if that was included and the dog we was told yes everything included to get there to be told breakfast was not included and £30 for the dog was a joke when we payed over the phone to that end the management was rude and unhelpful the room was really bad plug sockets where lose the window was not secure the shower was slippery and they was reluctant to give me a shower mat and I am disabled. The carpet stunk along with the curtains the carpet looked like it been sprayed on the walls are thin we could hear every word and tv next door so not a good night's sleep especially with other ppl coming back early hours we didn't eat here we used the windmill next door food or should I say the carvery was excellent breakfast not so good this hotel does not except CASH although their site says it does so I didn't support the hotel in using the bar Cash is king ! After making a complaint by email to the area manager we still after a week still have no response when he said he will look into our booking and get back to us in a couple of days very disappointed that he can't be arsed to respond would I stay here again well my room was better in Bosnia then this so no . And also if your disabled you can't park in the bays because the staff park in them and tell you that you have to wait for them to leave on this matter I've reported to Lincoln council on this the same as a staff member Parks a motor bike in the ev charging bay not helpful this hotel really needs a big shake up

Good afternoon Gareth I am very disappointed to read your comments above and sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay, however i would like to clarify some of your points. Breakfast was not included in the rate booked, as confirmed when we checked the email confirmation. We do charge for all pets which is highlighted on our site this is due to the fact the rooms need a slightly deeper clean to ensure cleanliness for the next guess and to avoid any issues with Allergies. Cash is not one of the available payment methods advertised on our website. With regards to the motorbike in the charging bay, this actually belongs to a guest and with regards to the disabled bays, at no point did any staff member ask any guest to wait to use the bays , in fact this is something we would never say. Your complaint was being investigated however with staff being on holidays, days off etc it is not always possible to respond straight away. I am happy to say this matter has now been resolved.
