Estimada Eowyn, Muchísimas gracias por su reseña acerca de su experiencia en nuestro hotel. Estamos encantados de que haya apreciado la amabilidad de nuestro personal. Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un servicio excepcional y es gratificante saber que hemos logrado impresionarle en ese aspecto. No obstante, lamentamos que las almohadas no hayan estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Entendemos la importancia de un buen descanso y le pedimos disculpas si esto le causó alguna molestia durante su estancia. Aunque contamos con dos almohadas por persona, apreciamos sus comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta. Finalmente, nos complace que la maravillosa ubicación del hotel haya sido de su agrado, situado en el corazón de Mechelen, con fácil acceso a supermercados, restaurantes y atracciones locales. Gentile ospite, La sua valutazione ci aiuterà a migliorare e la ringraziamo per questo. Ci fa piacere che abbia messo in evidenza la varietà di scelta per quanto riguarda la colazione, un pasto pensato per poter rispondere al meglio alle diverse esigenze alimentari di ciascun ospite. Abbiamo preso nota del suo suggerimento riguardo l'ingresso del garage e faremo il possibile per rendere più visibile l'accesso al parcheggio. La ringraziamo, infine, per aver sottolineato l'ottimo collegamento garantito dai mezzi pubblici nella zona dell'albergo, grazie ai quali è possibile raggiungere in breve tempo i principali luoghi di interesse della città.
